The legendary Paolo Ferrara, an iconic figure in the hardtechno genre, will perform his first show in Romania in Cluj-Napoca on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at an exclusive event organized by Teoría Perfekta.
This exclusive event marks the Italian DJ’s first and only scheduled concert in Romania.
Paolo Ferrara is a boundary-pushing Italian DJ and producer behind TechnoMetal, a raw fusion ofhard techno and metal.
His love for music was born early—his grandfather’s vinyl shop wasfilledwith legendary records and platinum discs, including Pink Floyd. That spark turned into a full-blown obsession with sound.
Known as Syrion or the “Heavy Destroyer,” Paolo delivers explosive sets packed with heavy dropsand deep emotion. In 2024, his breakout track “Last Resort” hit #1 on the Hard Techno charts, backed by some of the scene’s biggest names.
Tracks like “Duality” and “Sweet Dreams”followed, both topping 1 million streams on Spotify. With the launch of Syrion, his immersive audiovisual show, Paolo explores the chaos and order of sound in a whole new way. Withfierce energy and a vision that breaks rules, he’s reshaping the future of techno.
Organized by the local hardtechno label Teoría Perfekta, the opening lineup includes local artists such as K-M3L (owner of the Teoría Perfekta label), Da Na, Godini, Prgmtk and Kaya.
