As we love the outdoor dancing affairs we meet again on June 22nd at Federația Română de Tir Sportiv for the Mission In the Forest 2.
Our aim is to celebrate music and nature with friends and strangers, our promise is a night of enchanting music and pieces of energy floating around beautiful wood sights and heartwarming vibes.
Held in the unique location in Băneasa Forest, in the North part of Bucharest, The Mission in the Forest 2 promises you a kaleidoscopic rainbow of dance music from expectations to surprises that will run night until late in the morning.
The visual aesthetic of the party is exceptional, both from the epic staging and of course the party’s natural backdrop of wood. A vivid and unique way to see out the summer.
Once you enter through the magical forest you’ll hear the deep & emotive sounds of Solomun spreading greatness throughout the dance floor, some smooth and mellifluous vibes of Mano Le Tough and Soundopamine’s live improvisations with influences ranging from tribal rituals, jazz, funk and warm house beats to techno.
Solomun is a force of nature. With a flick of his hips, the raise of an arm and a chugging 122bpm bassline, he can have any party eating out of the palm of his hand. DJ, label owner, party maker, producer, but also filmmaker. The curriculum that Solomun built, through the years, is incredibly rich. There is no doubt he is one of the most influential people who helped make electronic music what it is today.
It’s people like Mano Le Tough who make DJ-ing into an art form. The connection he makes with dance floors are always as deep as can be; with a real sense of melody, emotion and song like structure, he crafts sets that make a lasting impact on those who hear them
Soundopamine duo – Chrs & Ntsh are a lifetime musicians that met at the courses of the National Music University in Bucharest, back in 2012, creating their own everyday paradise soundtrack since.
