Cocoon Recordings va lansa noul volum al compilatiei “The Sound of the Eleventh Season”, mixat de proprietarul acestui label, artistul Sven Vath. Sunt foarte multe lucruri care fac din Cocoon ceva aparte pentru scena muzicii electronice, iar volumul anual mixat de Sven Vath este unul dintre aceste lucruri.
De la debutul acestei serii, in anul 2000, “The Sound…” a fost mixat intotdeauna de Sven Vath, in anul 2002 alaturi de Sven pe coperta a aparut Richie Hawtin.
Ca si concept, compilatia ofera cele mai bune piese din rezidenta de vara din clubul Amnesia, tema acestui an fiind Party Animals. Pe cele doua discuri au fost selectate piese ale unor artisti ca Skudge, MMM Nous, Plaid, DJ Koze, Solomun, Kabale und Liebe si Martin Buttrich.
