Hospital este una dintre cele mai cunoscute case de productie drum and bass din Marea Britanie, fiind fandata de Tony Colman (AKA London Elektricity) si Chris Goss. Aici au fost lansate peste 200 de inregistrari, multe fiind semnate de artisti ca High Contrast, Rusko, Logistics sau Danny Byrd.
Cele doua discuri ale compilatiei sunt prezentate in varianta nemixata, primul disc, in vreme ce al doilea propune piese mixate si se intituleaza “History of Hospital”. De selectia acestor productii s-au ocupat cei doi membri ai proiectului Cyantific.
