For more than twenty years Gashouder has been the home of Awakenings. This year a new venue is added; Warehouse Elementenstraat.
Following up on recent news about Markus Schulz taking on the Melkweg and Derrick May bringing Hi-Tek-Soul to Tolhuistuin, we are pleased to announce that Awakenings is hosting ten shows in the Gashouder and Elementenstraat during ADE. A dazzling 85 international artists and live acts will perform over 120 hours of techno.
The headliner-filled program is a perfect representation of what techno has to offer, with artists as Amelie Lens, Boris Brejcha, Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Joris Voorn, Joseph Capriati, Maceo Plex, Ricardo Villalobos and Tale Of Us, all co-hosting their own night at Awakenings.
Awakenings and the co-hosts present upcoming artists like Amotik, Brame & Hamo, Chelina Manuhutu, Deep Dimension, Ferro, Mathame, Milo Spykers, Reinier Zonneveld, Reiss and many more. Each year Awakenings is going above and beyond to live up to their reputation of stellar productions and groundbreaking stage design.
