A fost o misiune grea pentru Richard Durand, dar a reusit sa isi convinga fanii ca merita sa se ocupe de compilatia in serie "In Search Of Sunrise", considerata cea mai bine vanduta compilatie din toate timpurile. Pana anul trecut, Tiesto lansa aceasta serie cu Black Hole Recordings, dar contractul de colaborare a incetat, iar Durand a preluat celebra serie.

Anumite zvonuri sugereaza ca DJ Tiesto lucreaza la o editie speciala a jocului DJ Hero, in parteneriat cu Activision.
Pe de alta parte, Activion a anuntat ca noul DJ Hero va fi lansat oficial pe piata. Superstarul Tiesto a dezvaluit fanilor faptul ca noul joc va fi lansat intr-o editie speciala, cu un soundtrack produs in exclusivitate pentru Activision. Piesele fac parte din catalogul muzical al olandezului. Lucrurile incep sa se lege!

   Ferry Corsten este DJ-ul care va inchide petrecerea de pe Flashover Recordings Stage din cadrul editiei de anul acesta a Festivalului Dance Valley. Nu va fi singur; alaturi de el la pupitru va intra......Tiesto. Acest eveniment considerat "istoric" va avea loc in Second Valeey @ Dance Valley. 24 mai 2008 - San Francisco.    

   Festivalul EDT POP - o cadere de tensiune a creat grave probleme organizatorilor, acest lucru petrecandu-se in momentul in care publicul era extaziat de set-ul lui Ferry Corsten, iar Tiesto a intrat la pupitru cu prima piesa din set-ul sau...atunci a intervenit dezastrul...s-a luat lumina....deci, se intampla si la ei!!!!A fost un moment penibil, dar cu toate acestea, unul dintre organizatori l-a convins pe Ferry Corsten sa revina la pupitru la petrecerea oficial de after a EDT POP.                                   

        Tiesto, plin de energie chiar si dupa acest set...incomplet a decis sa-l aduca pe bunul sau prieten Ferry Corsten pe scena pentru un back-to-back. La ani buni dupa ce au scris istoria trance impreuna, cu proiectul Gouryella,(au lansat smash -urile "Gouryella" si "Walhalla) cei doi au pus muzica impreuna pentru un public innebunit.
