Tema acestui an a fost Wicked Wonderland, anul 2009 fiind anul in care Sensation a implinit 10 ani de existenta. Pentru petrecerea din Dusseldorf selectia artistilor a fost atent facuta, iar noutatea va fi prezenta lui Fedde Le Grand.
